Information on this site helps you understand possible causes of wet ceilings. It is general guidance, not a diagnosis, structural assessment or electrical safety inspection. The checker cannot confirm where a leak is or whether a property is safe.
Keep clear of damaged ceilings and wet electrical fittings and obtain appropriate professional assistance. ADI’s enquiry number is not an emergency service. Do not delay urgent assistance while using the site.
Enquiries, quotations and service terms
Reading the site or using the checker does not book an investigation. If you wish to instruct ADI, request the current written booking terms and quotation before confirming. These set out the agreed service, price, payment, access, repairs and cancellation arrangements. This page does not replace those booking conditions.
